He wears an old jacket, dusty worn-out jeans, and leather boots. A black stone hangs from his neck, polished smooth, with a red flaw in the middle that looks like a key. His eyes express a secret, and he smiles at you thinly.
A rusty cutlass hangs at his side, and a few shrunken native heads as well. A scroll of parchment is sticking out of his satchel, and you can see a red emblem read 'New Derby Law' on the front of it. He hands you a hastily made leaflet, you can make out a few smudged sentences.
"Natives are the bane of the island! Keep them out of Derby! Follow the 1st Native Relocation Act! Remember, the only good native is a dead native!
Below that is a stereotypical picture of a native, looking dirty and very much a savage. In fine, bold print below the picture reads "DEATH TO THE NATIVES!"
