Rules to PKKing:
1.If the character attacked you he is a PKer and you have the right to attack back.
2.Always attack natorious PKers such as Long Fine Killie.
3.PKKing is not restricted to killing just pirate PKers.
4.Never harm someone unless proven they're a PKer.
5.If you can't kill the PKer find a another PKKer to help you.
