He wears a tattered and stained labcoat, and keeps his face shaved immaculately clean. Although his true name is Dr. Nobelius T. Grant, he is an mixture of two famous evil jews, Einstein and Frankenstein (the mad doctor, not the lumbering monster), thus his nickname Frankeinstein.
