An elderly bald man wearing nothing but an outfit made from giant palm leaves glued directly onto his body. His constantly mumbling, combined with his eyes looking at nothing but the ground and his feet, makes him appear quite unaware of his surroundings. Patches of dried blood on his "outfit" and a bag of stinking animal limbs gives a clue on how he makes that awful glue.
If listening closely to his mumbling, you can hear things as 'the battle of competition is fought by the cheapening of commodities' and 'the history of all hitherto existing societies is the history of class struggles'.
