A native determined to protect his homeland without killing. He chose to walk this path after killing two pirates in self-defence when he was in his youth, being unaware of the horror involved in taking a man's life. He has since sworn off killing outsiders, being sickened and traumatized by the act of killing, yet he continues to fight outsiders who tresspass on his and his peoples' land. He bears no ill will towards people simply keeping to their settlements, and heals both natives and outsiders in need.
He killed one further time, accidentally swinging his blade too hard at an outsider who was far more injured than he thought. He then decided to go on a voyage to the ancient spirits of Shartak in order to ask for forgiveness.
He since failed said quest, again striking down an outsider with one blow, and was devastated, despite it being in direct defense of his life. He is now wondering if he should give in to his demons and eat the hearts of those who would defile his island, or if he should choose a life of pure pacifism, wandering the lands while healing the injured. He looks to the actions of others for guidance.
