A man who is taller than someone of average height, which makes him tall enough to call himself tall. If he talks to you, he talks strangely. If he doesn't talk to you, then you don't notice this. You have no clue whether his strange talk is on purpose or for someone's entertainment. If he talks absurdly, it's only because logical rigour in thinking does not mean enlightenment.
