This strange figure wears a mishmash of tattered clothing. His once white cotton undershirt is underneath a brown gentleman's vest, along with matching ripped shorts, held up by a checkered blue cloth belt.
Sewed to his vest are neat pieces of tiger pelts - Two, so far. Most likely trophies, but perhaps they have some greater purpose... Or perhaps, and more likely, this man is just insane.
Rumors have been circulating that the Mysterious Man is, in fact, Morgan Freeman. The Mysterious Man was not present to confirm or deny these rumors, however shortly thereafter Shartak residents reported their actions being narrated by a voice in the bushes.
